​What is your shipping policy?

Shipping Time is within 48 hours on working days in case ordered item is on stock. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

What is your order acceptance policy?

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Top Pet Shop reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

How can I pay for the ordered goods?

We work on a cash on delivery base. This way you pay only for the products that reaches your door and you do not need to worry about credit card fraud occurring while shopping in our online store.

​How can I cancel or modify my order?

You can email us or reach us on phone in order to cancel or modify your order. Please keep in mind that you need to inform us as soon as possible as you need to arrange the return of unwanted delivered items. A voucher will be applied for the amount of unwanted goods.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept the return of products for 15 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase. Please note that return shipping is your responsibility to pay for. You are entitled to choose any other product from our web-shop for the value of your returned items or we can provide you a voucher to be used within 6 months.

Please note that we can not accept returns on opened bags or cans of food, shampoos, perfumes, vitamins & supplements, cat litters.

You need to return any item purchased from our web-shop in the same state as you received it!

What if my ordered product turns to be out-of-stock?

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually orders are shipped within 48 hours. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Is your website secure?

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, delivery address, phone number. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

What does happen if a data is misgiven on the site?

In the event that incorrect information such as price, quantity, ingredients, or labels may be listed on a product due to typographical error or error in information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
